The Partnership has previously instructed BAKS to carry out numerous refurbishment projects, dating back to 2019. The projects have ranged from external rendering, office fit outs (CAT A & CAT A+), residential refurbishments, and washroom/ shower room installations. All have been handed over to the highest quality with minimal snagging, demonstrating BAKS’ ability to deliver on quality and cost.
